For Commercial Cleaning, the property will need to be surveyed and then an estimate will be provided. The virtual meeting will be in place for you to speak with a representative of your expectations. There is a fee of $45.00 for the site visit in order to provide an accurate quote for the services needed. Payment for the site will need to be rendered prior to the site visit.

Jas Clean It LLC, does not provide housekeeper, or maid servies. Examples: Laundry & Dishwashing. As COVID-19 numbers are on a rise we strive to maintain a safe enviroment for our employees by limiting the servies of personal care.

Single services that are booked will need to be cancelled 5 days prior to the service date. The deposit for the service will not be returned after the 5th day. However, the service can be rescheduled for a later date in which the deposit can be used towards. For service package cancellation you will need to cancel in the prior month for the following month service. For an example, if you do not want to be billed for June billing cycle you will have to cancel by May 15th in order to avoid service charges. If you do not the billing cycle will stand and you will have to follow the proper cancellation process for cancellation in the next month cycle. Any upgrades in packages will automatically opt you out of the subscription you are currently in and will begin to bill you the upcharge for the servive. Do read carefully when purchasing.
